Booking Procedure

Booking Confirmation - A reservation can only be confirmed if a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is received. Please review the refund policy at the bottom of this page.

Balance Payment - The remaining balance must be paid 10 weeks before you arrive at the property. Bookings made less than six weeks before arrival must be made in full.

Change and cancellation charges:

  • More than 2 months before arrival - full-refund.
  • 30-59 days before arrival - 50%
  • 15 days before arrival - 100%

Cancellation/Refund Policy by Ashriel Villa - In the unlikely event, Ashriel Villa reserves the right to cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund. Payments You can pay with a bank transfer or a credit card (bank charges for credit card payments to be borne by the guests).

Taxes - Taxes imposed by the local government are applicable and are subject to change without notice.

Security Deposit - A security/damage deposit of *10,000 will be required to cover the unlikely case of losses or breakages. This is payable in cash only at check-in and will be returned at checkout deducting the cost of any damages. During your stay at the villa, we reserve the right to keep the security deposit to cover any damages, breakages, or thefts. We reserve the right to invoice you for the balance within 30 days after the end of the rental period, or at such other time as the whole cost can be calculated, if the security deposit is insufficient to fully cover the costs that may occur.

Transfers - Transfers in an air-conditioned Toyota Innova can be arranged (infant car seat available).

Check out and arrivals - To ensure a smooth transfer, arrive at 14.00 hrs and depart at 11.00 hrs. If these times are inconvenient for you, please let us know when you make your reservation. It's possible that we won't be able to make any modifications afterwards.

Terms & Conditions

Travel insurance for International Tourists - It's a strict policy that everyone in your party must have comprehensive travel insurance for International Tourists. We may need a copy of your insurance policy.

Accidents - While on the property, Ashriel Villa cannot be held accountable for any accidents or injuries encountered by guests or visitors.

Sound Pollution & Behaviour - After 10 p.m., guests will not be allowed to play loud music. Guests must bear responsibility for not being a nuisance or causing property damage. Guests are not allowed to use the property for any unlawful or immoral activities. In India, the usage of narcotics is prohibited. You will be asked to leave the premises immediately without any refund if you are found to be playing loud music or taking narcotics.

Smoking - Is allowed outside the villas, in the gardens, on the terraces and verandas. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. If there is evidence of smoking in a room, the charge for deodorising and cleaning would be Rs.2,000 per room.

Family/Group - Without our consent, you cannot allow more individuals to stay on the Property or alter the makeup of the party.

Security and Health & Safety - Only registered guests and Ashriel Villa employees are permitted on the premises and property in the interests of your protection and privacy.

Identification - At the time of booking, we will need the names and ages of all members of the group, as well as the main guest's residential address. We are compelled by law to obtain identification upon arrival.

For Indian Nationals: Each member of the party should bring photo ID proof: Passport, Driving License, Aadhar card.

For Non-Indian Nationals: Each member of the party should carry their passport with a valid Indian visa.
